Recommended for you if you...
- You seek relief from chronic pain,
- You want to enhance post-workout recovery, or
- You are looking to alleviate stress and tension in your daily life.
My treatments are tailored to address specific concerns, promoting overall well-being for individuals with diverse needs.Treatment explanation
Remedial massage, like sports massage, is used primarily to address injury and musculoskeletal discomfort or dysfunction. Postural tensions from desk job, sciatica, chronic low back pain, workplace neck discomfort, sporting injuries, shoulder and rotator cuff injury, repetitive strain injury, wrist pain, or knee and ankle injuries are all very effective in the therapy of these conditions.
These massage treatments increase the flow of blood to your muscles and improve flexibility. That’s why they have the potential to speed up your body’s natural healing processes.
Both amateur and professional athletes use this type of massage therapy. Many pros have a remedial massage therapist on their care team to help their physical activity recovery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This remedial massage uses dynamic connective tissue and stretching techniques. I recommend you to wear short sport pants and, in the case of women also a sports top.
